Terms & Conditions — lickbd Platform Rules

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and lickbd (referred to as "lickbd", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the lickbd website, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on lickbd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. lickbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification. Continued use of lickbd following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside lickbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between lickbd and its registered players. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will take precedence in relation to that specific promotion only.

lickbd operates as an English-language platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All currency values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. All communications between lickbd and its players — including support interactions, account notifications, and promotional materials — are conducted in English.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a lickbd account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform. lickbd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation.

By registering an account on lickbd, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are not accessing lickbd from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person or a person subject to financial sanctions;
• The funds you deposit on lickbd are not derived from illegal activity.

lickbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during a player's registration or ongoing account tenure. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on lickbd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. lickbd uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. lickbd accepts no liability for delays in payment processing or account services that arise from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lickbd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. lickbd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your lickbd account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lickbd support immediately via the live chat function. lickbd will investigate all reported security incidents promptly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

lickbd conducts KYC verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. KYC checks may be initiated at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or at any other time at lickbd's discretion. Players will be asked to submit clear copies of a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address document. Processing times for KYC submissions are typically 1–3 business days during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lickbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and major international payment cards including Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount on lickbd is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by lickbd, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's lickbd account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Card-based deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in a player's account balance. lickbd does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which lickbd accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to lickbd are reviewed by the payments team within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. lickbd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the lickbd account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. lickbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on lickbd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lickbd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges incurred by the player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lickbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. All bonuses are offered at lickbd's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a lickbd account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on lickbd bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes at the rate specified per market.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

A player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-related winnings forfeited. lickbd reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including where patterns of bonus abuse are detected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins awarded by lickbd are subject to expiry periods. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of crediting. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically and are not recoverable. It is the player's responsibility to track their bonus balance and to meet wagering requirements within the applicable window.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

All players registered on lickbd agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on lickbd.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the lickbd platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors to obtain credits, free bets, or winnings to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using lickbd for the purpose of laundering funds derived from criminal activity. lickbd is required by law to report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds. lickbd will suspend any account subject to a chargeback investigation pending resolution.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use lickbd while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your lickbd account.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

lickbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities; and any conduct that lickbd determines to be harmful to the platform or to other players.

Players who wish to close their own lickbd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting lickbd support via live chat. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard without contacting support. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by lickbd — any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-fraud review. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

lickbd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While lickbd takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, lickbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lickbd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lickbd accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of lickbd;
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuers);
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any technical error or platform malfunction that is outside lickbd's reasonable control;
• Content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider software integrated into the lickbd platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lickbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by lickbd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
